This is the ultimate evolution of Strength Training for Weight Loss. We skip the high-impact jumping and focus on steady, heavier resistance to drive a powerful metabolic burn. How to Sign Up for Classes
Please read this helpful information before you scroll below:
We use the FREE Vagaro app for all of our class bookings and purchases! If you scroll below, you'll see an interactive graphic of the Vagaro app where you can browse our classes, rates and more. When you're ready to sign up, you will need to download the FREE Vagaro app to your smartphone from the Apple or Android app stores.
1) Vagaro will ask you for your login, or to create a login if you're a first-time user.
2) You can browse our class schedule week-by-week.
3) You must purchase a single class, package or membership first, then you can officially sign up for a class.
Purchase anywhere from one class to an unlimited number of classes through the "Memberships & Packages" tab!
